White Spot (North Kamloops)

We usually visit the Sahali White Spot Restaurant but today, we decided to finally check out the White Spot located at the North Shore Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites.  Our plan was to eat dinner at the White Spot and then head over to the Baskin Robbins for some cold frosty treats for dessert.

Because this is a popular chain restaurant in British Columbia, rather than talking about their food, I wanted to focus on showcasing some photos of the newest White Spot in North Kamloops.

There are three dining areas that make up this restaurant.  The main dining room curved wall serves as an eye-catching feature wall. The decor is a little bit more upscale than the Sahali location.

There is also another dining room upstairs mainly for bigger groups like an office party or a sports team staying at the adjoining Holiday Inn.

The third dining room is located inside the hotel towards the main lobby.  I think it is more like a hotel lounge but I saw people eating dinner in there.

White Spot is a popular restaurant for my family.  We love their burgers and our kids adore the Kid’s Pirate Pak (and the food that comes with it).  For dinner, we shared an appetizer plate of the Pulled Pork Sliders and ordered the Legendary Burgers and their endless fries for our main course.  My usual complaint at White Spot Restaurants have to do with their french fries.  They are way under seasoned for my taste.

We always love to check out a restaurant for the first time and our visit to this White Spot did not disappoint.  As for Baskin Robbins after dinner, we never made it there as were quite stuffed so instead, we headed out to MacDonald Park to have our kids run around for a bit and burn some energy (guaranteed to get them ready for a good nights sleep).
