Hi all, I am iLive2eat and I am a foodie. This blog is all about my love for all things food, covering Kamloops stories as well as serving as a conversational site where people come to talk about anything and everything about food!!
I hope to keep my words to a minimum and let the photos do most of the blogging. And if I do review a restaurant, these reviews are reflect my own opinion and is based on what I like and dislike. No disrespect is intended.
I invite you to comment on my posts. I also invite you to join my Facebook Page or follow me on Twitter.

Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
Kamloops, BC
This place is busy all the time. It’s always hard to find a parking spot. This is the closest thing to a Diner that we can find in Kamloops but is it a worthy place for Guy Fieri from Food Network’s Diners, Drive-ins and Dives to drive in to Kamloops and get the skinny on the secrets behind their signature dishes? A quick scan of their menu tells me that Guy Fieri will likely not come to Kamloops to check out Harold’s Family Restaurant. There is nothing unique on their menu - no signature dishes here. So what makes this place so popular and busy? The menu consists of mainly classic favorites that you will find at a lot of other dining establishments. But Harold’s Restaurant serves up their food with fresh ingredients and they do a great job cooking up the classic favorites that we North Americans have grown to love.
